Hall Rental
Looking for the perfect place to host your special event? Our rental hall and picnic grounds are some of the finest facilities in Louisville.

Conveniently located one block off the Watterson Expressway and Poplar Level Road, our main hall can comfortably seat up to 330 people for a dance, or up to 240 people for weddings and anniversaries with catering and cake tables. There is a 30X40 dance floor and a large stage that can accommodate a band or choir. And let's not forget to mention our ample bar area that can serve any crowd. Two separate rooms and a second bar are also available for smaller meetings and parties.

Kitchen Facilities
We have a commercially sized kitchen with ample refrigeration, stainless steel prep tables, and a three compartment sink, making clean up quick and organized. You'll have all the space you needed to feed an army.

The Main Hall
Our main hall is decorated with beautiful flags and larger-than-life paintings, some of which are painted on glass and have backlighting. The decor is rich in German heritage representing the best of our culture here in the USA. Furthermore, it is one large open space, perfect for dancing, mingling, and celebrating.

Outdoor Facilities
Our outdoor facilities are also available for rent. There is a large patio adjacent to the clubhouse with a bar.  Our newly constructed pavilion, with bar, is available for larger events. Gaming booths and a play area for children are also available.

Catering Services
From country fried chicken to delicate Wiener Schnitzel, the German-American Club caterers can satisfy your gastronomical desires. We offer a complete line of German and American Cuisine at reasonable prices. A pastry chef is also available for strudels, cakes, and wedding cakes. We cater all types of events including weddings, anniversaries, office parties, bowling banquets, and picnics.
